Copa Vida is the place for a roasted coffee, brewed tea, a plate of food to stifle your hunger or pick up some of your favorite coffee beans.. Copa Vida is here for you Monday-Friday 6:30am – 2pm.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is available Monday – Friday from 5:30 am until 9:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Employees must bring their own towels and locks for the lockers. Any locks left on the lockers after closing will be cut off. Any personal items left in the fitness center or lockers will be disposed of after closing each day.

For gym access please complete the Gym Liability Form.

There are 7  ChargePoint EV stations available to KCDM Customers. They are located on the 1st level of the garage, via Entrance 2. For access please complete the EV Access Form.

Covered Parking

Covered parking is available in our parking garage on levels 1-3. There are 4 garage entrances as you drive through the campus. Parking is available for employees and guests in any unmarked stall.

Bike Racks

Bike Racks are located at the North side of each building. Bike locks that are not removed daily will be removed by Security.

Trolley

The Trolley will have routes to the Solana Beach Transit Station and will also take riders to the One Paseo Retail Center.
